60 Wall Balls (9/6kg)
30 Burpee DB Step Overs (2 x 22.5/15kg) (20”)
60 American Swings (32/24kg)
A) Kipping Handstand Push Up
EMOM 10 mins: 3 – 12 reps. Be consistent. Record lowest score. Must be unbroken.
