A) EMOM 8 mins:
Odds: 30s Handstand Hold (nose and toes to wall)
Evens: 5 – 15 Strict Pull Ups (Sub Ring Rows if not doing strict Pull Ups)
B) In the Park:
3 x 1000m run, 2 mins rest.
Goal is consistency. Record all 3 times.
