A) Back Squat
Level 0: 3 x 15-20 reps
Level 1: 3 x 8-12 reps
Level 2+: 4 x 6-8 reps
B) In Pairs. 20 minutes Ladder:
10 Double Unders/Single Unders (2SU=1DU)
10 Abmat Sit Ups
10 Air Squats
Add 10 reps to each movement every round.
