A) 15 mins Handstand Walking Practise
If proficient: 5 min practice, then EMOM 10 mins: 30ft /Max Handstand Walk
B) Teams of 3 – 4: 30 minute cap.
200 Pull Ups
200 Partner Russian Swings (24/16kg) (KB Must be at top position at the same time)
200 Partner Med Ball Sit Ups (9/6kg)
Every 4 mins all team members run 200m.
