I have always enjoyed exercise and have been active for my entire life. My enjoyment lead me to study sport at University which then allowed me to start to coach and help others to pursue their sporting goals. I had learnt a lot about health and fitness and thought I knew everything I needed to, until I was introduced to CrossFit!
I was really surprised by how much of the world of exercise I suddenly knew nothing about. The constant variety in workouts an combinations of exercises in every session gave my training a huge boost and helped me to expand my knowledge of health and fitness. The number of different skills in CrossFit is enormous and constantly learning new ways of doing things ensured I never got bored with any of my workouts.
My goal is to ensure that everyone I work with enjoys health and fitness as much as I do.
