This is an overview of our timetable. There are occasionally changes which are communicated in advance via our Facebook page. Please see our booking page to see this week's timetable and to book in.
Open Gym is un-coached. You will be able to come in and make use of the equipment but if training alone you will only be able to do Back Squats or Bench Press etc if there is someone to spot you or safety arms are available. Open Gym sessions count as one of your paid sessions, so please book in to the required times in the usual manner.
