Level 0: Practise + 2 – 3 x 10 reps
Level 1: 5 x 5 reps
Level 2: Build to a heavy single
B) For time: In 13 mins:
1 Mile Run (1 lap of the park from the gym)
Then AMRAP in remaining time of:
9 Pull Ups
12 Box Jumps (24/20”)
Scale run to top of the park and back if necessary. Stick to the pavements and be careful crossing Gloucester Road!
