In teams of 4 (or 3) throughout the session:
A) 10 min AMRAP:
10 Team Tyre Flips (In pairs or as a 4 or 3)
200m Team Run
B) 10 min Row for Calories
C) 10 min AMRAP:
8 x 30ft Rope Sled Pulls (50/35kg) (2 each)
20 Calorie Assault Bike
Allow the weight to be adjusted for each athlete.
