Tabata Row for Calories
Rest 1 min
Tabata Air Squat
Rest 1 min
Tabata Pull Up
Rest 1 min
Tabata Press Up
Rest 1 min
Tabata Sit Up
 
Score is lowest reps achieved of each movement.
Scale Pull Ups to Ring Rows and Press Ups to Box Press Ups.
Aim for minimum Pull Ups and Press Ups to be 4 each 20s.
